Easiest Chicken Parm EVER
Okay, I’m all about the easiest possible dinners possible. But my family (as you guys know) are super picky! So, I’ve also go to be creative. I won’t recommend many products on this site because I don’t swear by many products. But this product we use ALL THE TIME (and this company doesn’t even know I’m saying anything about their product…so I’m getting NOTHIN’ from them to say anything)
We use Bell & Evans Frozen Breaded Chicken for a lot of things. One of them is my chicken parm, I’ve been asked for my recipe several times…but there’s nothing to give out…nothing interesting…but it sure is FAST/EASY!!
What you need:
2 jars of spaghetti sauce
1-2 boxes of bell & evans chicken tenders (or 2 boxes of chicken breasts)
1 package of pre-sliced provolone cheese
Preheat oven 375
pour half a jar of sauce in bottom of pan
put the chicken into the pan lining it so that there isn’t any room left (this was 1.5 boxes)
cover the chicken with remaining 1.5 jar of sauce
cover with aluminum foil cook for 30-40 min
uncover, put cheese on top and put back in over for about 10 min until cheese is melted.
dinner is done (my family is always getting into my final dishes before I can take a picture…it’s killin’ me!)
I usually cook spaghetti with dinner so that I have an easy side and then cut up some fruit or open up a can. I figure that there are veggies in my spaghetti sauce, so they don’t need those!
Always remember you’re AWESOMESAUCE!
